I am writing to you today as I have decided to leave Mozaic Beach Club to return to work with my previous employer. It is with some regret that I make this move but I have decided to pursue a career outside of the world of Human Resources by taking a position of Operations Manager for the villas owned by GK Resorts
As I wish to leave Mozaic Beach Club in good standards I would like to find a replacement for my position either as Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Director.

With the requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Psychology with 2-3 years "hands-on" experience in same position 4 or 5 Star Hotel
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Good Knowledge in Labor Laws, Legal requirements, Interview & Selection procedures, training and related documentations
- Have strong leadership & communication skills, pleasant personality and self driven
- Able to work independently and to work under pressure
- Good English both oral and written
- High commitment to be a member of a cooperative team
- Able to join quickly or even immediately
