We are looking staff qualified candidate as Head Chef
The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualities:
· Head chef required to assist (Ex pat) Exec chef in charge of F&B
· MUST HAVE Good culinary background in Balinese and Western style cuisines to a 5* standard (a minimum of 3 - 5years)
· Excellent spoken and written English
· A passion for food and cooking
· Good leadership skills
· Strong ability to maintain consistency and quality of product on a day to day basis
· Young well qualified and ambitious Sous or Exec Sous Chef looking for promotion
· Qualified Head chef who like to cook more than office work
MUST BE ABLE TO
· Organise and roster for a team of ten
· Monitor the ordering to keep in line with the budget
· Implement & execute food safety and hygiene procedures
· Assist the Exec Chef or FBM to advance the reputation of company and increase its business levels
· Train the kitchen team in local & Western style food & cuisines
· Help run cooking classes and other similar activities
